So in our latest Brava Works release we've focused on getting you access to more data so you can make more informed #TimeManagement decisions. The Time Spent report is a great way to get a quick view on the time you've logged for a given client. Plus administrators can view time spent with a client across all employees for better insight into a clients care.
My Dashboard is another feature designed to give your employee more insight into their time. Here you can see the real time status of a timesheet, how many clients you've seen during a period. Plus you'll have insight into how you are spending your time, with a breakdown of time spent by service and how many hours you've logged for the period. Get business insight by tracking where your team is spending time and generating revenue. Summary reports give you the flexibility to slice and dice the data the way you need to see your business. Sort by date range, service category, service, funder, employee, whether a service is billable or non-billable, and if that service has already been invoiced or not.

User can edit and update their own employee record in seconds to keep demographic information always up to date. Employee record is secure and only available to administrators in either read only or edit mode. Payroll admin team can also act as employee and submit timesheets on their behalf when they are out of the office, keeping your payroll processing on track.
Product release announcementImprove your team's client collaboration with the ability for employees to add real-time notes to the client record to keep everyone up to date. Notes are date and user stamped and organized by most recent note. Employees can also upload documents directly into client record for reference. Drag and drop any file type into the client document storage tab where other employees can easily access. General documents and templates can also be uploaded to a company shared storage area for all staff to view and download.

They can quickly see how many clients they've seen, the types of services they've performed, and the hours they've entered for the period, including a breakdown of administrative hours vs. non-administrative time. The dashboard boldy highlights the status of the timesheet to quickly alert employee of any rejections from management.
Product release announcementWe have just released the newest version of Brava Works with updated screens in Search Invoice. Now, after you generate an invoice, you can search invoices and better customize them to suit your needs. Tweak your invoices as needed prior to sending them out. You can now change invoice date, add or update a note, override the quantity or totals & print PDF's directly from Brava Works.
