In Brava Works you can now share documents with your team in one of two ways.
Administrators can upload shared company files that all employees can access. Shared Documents can be viewed and downloaded by employees for their own use. This is especially handy when you have templates or communications you want your team to be able to access quickly.
Employees can upload files directly into a client record to keep track of client specific documents. These files are shared with all employees associated to the client and can be downloaded quickly for review. This helps your team stay in the loop on client care and stay up to date on all client documentation.
Since everything is captured in real time - your team members can immediately see what changes you've made to a clients record instantly increasing your team's collaboration.
