Once you have made the decision to go with Brava Works, setting up the system is a quick 3-step process. Here's how Brava works:
Your Account Manager will work with you to create your company profile with key business information, logos and locations. They will set up user roles and get you started on setting up your employees in the system. Once your employees have access, your office staff can start populating Brava Works with your funder and client information or we can work with you to automatically populate as much of the information as possible to save time on data entry.
When can my team start using Brava Works for client maintenance and time tracking?
As soon as the funder management and client services are set up, your team can start tracking client time in their time sheets and adding documents to their client records.
Do I need IT to install any software or add anything to my network?
